Plagiarism is not flattering; it’s theft. Tanner Gallery owns the intellectual property rights to all the images, brands, titles and properties popularly associated with the Tanner Gallery name and/or Tanner himself. This includes all images, titles, logo, signature, marketing materials and other elements from Tanner’s creations. We take the enforcement of these rights very seriously and aggressively prosecute those who violate them. We protect these rights so that Tanner can continue to provide quality original art that measures up to the standards that our collectors have come to love and expect. We welcome reports of suspected infringement of any of these rights. If you know of any artists that are copying his work, you can anonymously direct reports to us via one of the following methods:
